This website does not allow cancellations or any changes to the existing booking. You can only cancel, modify your booking through reservations agents by calling Alpha us at (847) 701-8343. If you cancel booking more than (2 Hours) before your specified pick up times, you will get full refund for your prepaid booking. Voiding/refunding a transaction will generally remove the charged amount on your credit card within 1 business day. Some credit card issuing banks will take 2 to 3 business days to remove the authorized charged amount.Alpha will hold your reservation at airports (1 Hour) past the flight has landed, that means if you do not call (1 Hour) past the flight has arrived, you will be charged full fare as a no show fee and you will not be entitled to a refund. So please make sure if your flight info is changed/cancelled or if you miss a connecting flight, call Alpha immediately to avoid a no show fee.
